Weigh In Wednesday: Week 3


It’s been another stressful week filled with emotional eating and too little exercise. But I was quite surprised by this week’s results. (It may be because I switched to weighing myself with the Wii Fit or because I was constipated the last two weeks. I don’t know.)

Current Weight: 233.6

Difference: – 4.4 lbs

I’ve set a goal to lose 10 pounds by the end of January. I hope to do it sooner but I’ve also given myself a little leeway in regard to the holidays.
